I think this is very telling. I recently experinced manic psychosis and while I was in hospital, I was craving nature to replenish myself, but had no access to it apart from some dandelions which grew up through the cracks between the paving slabs in one of the hospital's courtyards. I believe connecting with nature is the ultimate antidote to digitised society which makes us stressed, overstimulated and overworked.
